In a weeks retreat there are two sessions a day of guided personal practice after an initial astrology and tarot session. The Tantra approach is based on the understanding of your body as a temple so I use safe techniques of breathe, chakra, sound and light body practices
The Lotus Suite is used for personal retreats. It has a King bed, Its own meditation space and an outside private patio.
You have access to a great kitchen for self cooking, or we can provide a la carte meal plan at additional cost. There is an outside dining area and a sacred fire circle. There is plenty of hot water in our modern bathrooms. We have a solar hot tub.
There is a minimum of 4 days for personal retreat with a cost for accommodation and sessions of $550. A week retreat is $888 for a single and $1111 for a couple.
